MCP for marketing — FAQ

What is an MCP connector?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor use to talk to external tools. An MCP connector is a server that exposes tools the AI can call — in this case, read-only access to your marketing platforms.

Are all of these read-only?

Yes — every connector.wtf connector is read-only. Meta Ads is the one exception: it supports writes (campaign create/edit), and every write requires your explicit approval inside the AI client.

Do I need a separate account for each connector?

No. One connector.wtf account, one sign-in. Each connector adds its own OAuth (or API key) — Google connectors share a single Google sign-in.

Can I run all of these in the same ChatGPT or Claude session?

Yes. Add as many MCP URLs as you like. Your assistant can answer cross-connector questions like 'compare Google Ads spend vs HubSpot pipeline created last quarter'.

How much does it cost?

Free during beta — every connector.
